ViPEC now has multiple language support. The sub directory ./messages contains
a list of .po files. These are the translation files used by ViPEC. The langauges
are identified by the name of the file.

Most of the translation files are still missing the translated messages. I am looking
for volunteers who will translate these files for me. To do this you just have to
edit the supplied file, and fill in the empty msgstr fields for each msgid (the
equivalent english message).

After filling in all the missing messages, you need to compile the message file using
a tool supplied with the Qt libraries called msg2qp. This is done automatically by
the Makefile supplied.

To enable a new language in ViPEC, make a symbolic link from the language file you
want to use to a file called default.qm (under Windose just copy the file). When
you restart ViPEC, is will read the translation defined in default.qm and you should
see the translated messages.
